had 4 treatments of Pluvicto is not dropping PSA

My Husband has had 4 treatments of Pluvicto 6 weeks apart. The first treatment dropped my PSA by over 100 points; however, the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th PSA climbed rapidly.

My question is, Should he continue the treatment if it is not working for him??

Maybe get an FDG PET scan too. There is a danger of kidney injury if there aren't enough PSMA-avid sites.

Does anyone know why you would continue with Pluvicto if PSA continues to rise? It appears to NOT BE WORKING
