T flare with Lupron jab

Does every Lupron injection leads to a temporary testosterone flare or just the first one?I'm on 3 monthly Lupron jab. I got my first erection in weeks (with Viagra) after my 2nd jab and was wondering if that was because of the Lupron jab a few days earlier.

just the first one. It's important though to not let the previous one wear off.

They didn't give you bicalutimide several weeks before giving you Lupron? That prevents the flare.

I suspect your erection was in spite of the Lupron jab.

No, now only on Lupron therapy.

You should ask your surgeon about the strength of and use if Viagra. I take that you’ve been thru a radical prosecutor. I never experience s “testosterone flare up”, but I’ve also never used viagra either. Check with your surgeon and on rely on social media ( if you are). I have always trusted the science, have now exceeded my predicted life expectancy and haven’t had a shot of Lipton in a year with a PSA A being “undetectable”. The Lupron works.

No radical prostatectomy...just 20 sessions of IGRT to prostate and 5 rounds of SBRT to rib met.

I get a headache same side of my head, after every injection, Lupron or Eligard. Last about a week.
