hi,I finished treatment in 2016 psa now 0.03 seminal vessicles involved, and my testosterone has not recovered and now I have been diagnosed with osteoporosis, I have asked for some trt but urologist said not a good idea as there might be some sleeping cancer cells, I am only 8st a walking skeleton, I have just started some creatine to see if that helps, I have been reading regarding sarms and wandered if that would be safe for me, any help please.

SARMs weakly activate the prostate androgen receptors. Still, you need to monitor your PSA and scans to make sure bad things are happening.

The big benefit is that they activate the skeletal muscle ARs 10x-90x as much as the prostate ARs.

A 3-5 mg/day dose of Rad-140 seems to work well at increasing muscle mass. Please monitor your PSA and scans and make sure your oncologist knows what you are doing (but with any therapy, remember that it is your life and body and not theirs).

thanks, I have a psa check every 6 months, how often do you need to have scans it's hard to get anything nowadays, I had a zoledronic acid infusion in April to help my osteoporosis, so sarms might also help.

I have a scan every 3-12 months. My insurance sucks for most things but is great with the scans and genetic tests.

I suggest you get a bone density scan (ie DEXA). If you are osteoporetic on top of low weight, exercise might be dangerous. Exercise with taurine, HMB, and creatine and a good diet if your bones are OK.

I have had a dexa scan recently-2.5 -4.1lumbar spine. Femoral neck is0.593,vfa shows superior end-plate deformity at t12, it's not good, but I get by ok except a bit of back ache now and again which goes off when I rest,I have just started creatine, I also have a couple of glasses of red wine now and again no problem.

You have severe sarcopenia, osteoporosis and hypogonadism. Probably more dangerous to your health and wellbeing than the PCa right now. I would (and am) going for testosterone replacement. Lacking that RAD-140 is your best choice of a SARM that does not stimulate PCa growth.

yeah that's it I have asked for a referral to see a oncologist instead of urologist, don't know how long that will take.
