Been off of Zytiga for a year and a half now. Do wants me to start Nubequ and Bayer turn me down for financial assistance so the co pay is $2800/month. I have 6 unopened bottles of Zytiga that I would gladly trade.

Sorry for the typos.

Have you tried IndiaMart? You can probably get Nubequ from India for lot less than you can in the US.

are you on a Medicare drug plan? If so remember you will hit the catastrophic level and pay much less.

Building on another comment, if on Medicare, under recently passed (late 2022) Inflation Reduction Act, drug out of pocket will go down to about $3500 for year in 2024 and $2400 for year in 2025 and beyond. Also Bayer has offering of first month free on Nubeqa. But for remainder of this year, you would pay around $6500 for balance of year. I’m on Nubeqa and am changing from private insurance to Medicare in November. The full ride cash price without insurance is around 13k per month. Crazy.
