PC invasive to bladder

Hi,It’s long time since my last post even though I still visit the forum daily. Few week ago my dad took CT scan and the result said the prostate cancer cells are invasive to his bladder. His oncologist also said because of that, he got blood in his urine. It happens quite often now, his urine turns red with blood and his hemoglobin level reduce significantly. My dad started taking Xtandi for about a month and his doctor did not suggest any treatment to reduce the bleeding. Have any of you know or experience this situation? Much appreciate if you can share your view and/or experience.
