my husband forgot his zytiga and dexamethasone at home in Mississippi. We are in Texas for his father’s funeral which is Saturday. Can anyone help us problem solve. How much of a problem is it if he misses 3 doses?

Call you Dr after you found a pharmacy that has it in stock, have him/her call

I dont believe pharmacies will break down a 120 pill bottle, you might have to get the whole bottle.

Im basing it on 4 250s a day.

"How much of a problem is it if he misses 3 doses?" It is no problem. It will make no difference regarding overall survival. Testosterone will not recover that fast, it usually takes months for that.

I went a week on only 3 Abi/day and my next PSA test still showed undetectable. The bigger question is does your husband exercise a lot -- weights + aero/cardio. Has he had a DXA bone mineral density scan? Probably needs to pay attention to bone care (you too.)

I would be more worried about him missing doses of the dexamethasone and the potential withdrawal side effects. If he starts showing any signs of adrenal insufficiency have him see a doctor. He will most likely be fine, but just something to be on the lookout for.
