I'm not a doctor, however PSA is only one data point and you need to get scans as per your MO.

Acronym decoder. RCT = randomized controlled trial, MO = Medical Oncologist, RO = Radiation Oncologist.

Either radical prostatectomy or radiation treatment provide meaningful survival improvements, statistically speaking. Meaning any one individual's outcome may vary. The former may even cure the cancer if it has not escaped the capsule.
