I had my 3rd testesteron injection recently, my PSA has climbed, but less than before. If the BAT works or not can really only be seen on scans The initial PSMA and FDG scans were negative. New PSMA 25.5. After BAT I will rechallenge with Enza, subsequent probably Pembro.

I have been on Olaparib for 18 months, being BRCA2. Both Ola and Enza upregulates PD-L1.

My NSE value is 17, indicating progression to a neuroendocrine type. Currently I try to find out who will offer lu177-DTPA-SC16, in vivo study shows extreme complete responses.
