PSA up today

Hi,

I’ve been in the triple therapy since March 2022 and things are going well.

Had a blood test today and everything looks good except PSA went from 0.01 to 0.03, bilirubin at 20 and ALT at 5.0.

I go for my next lupron should next Tuesday.

Is there anything I should be concerned about and what questions should I ask?

The PSA change is negligible

Your PSA is very low, so it's working!

You don't show units, but I think those are normal in Canada.

How low should it be?

And what level is concerning with abira , pred and ELIGARD?

Below 0.1 is ideal but no need to change treatment unless above 2.0 or PSADT<9 months.

Thank you . I appreciate your knowledge and all the time you spend on this.

Dad is at 0.046 and still dropping after 19 months…. So 2.0 is what to be aware of.

I say don’t worry , be happy , this , imho , is such a minute difference I doubt it means anything bad . So far so good . Now keep rolling hombre in this right direction keeping that pc at bay for many many happy years ! 💪🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
