Just recd latest results and noticed my previous test was done using the Roche Cobas method and all others with Siemens Centaur. Readings were 0.21 (S) 0.06 (R) and 0.19 (S) .... latest. Any possibility that the different methods are the reason for the tripling. Cheers

Definitely NO. I have used 6 different labs with whatever equipment they may have. Lab to lab, day to day a 20% discrepancy is not unusual, though not common. 30% calls for a retest by a third lab next day. Among the 50+ tests I have had up to now two errors of + 600% and - 300%.
