We have been snowed in for over two weeks and I had to reschedule my infusion which is supposed to be every three weeks. Now it looks like we might not be able to get out for the new appointment.
How important is the timing of infusions? We need to know how much of an effort we need to make to get out. I am really worn out from shoveling snow. I am actually surprised about how much iz have been able to do but my back is in rebellion. Taking morphine for the pain but that is not fixing the root cause so I hope to avoid any more damage.

Sounds a lot like the Donner Party in 1846. Since you are confined to your home, it appears to me that you are a candidate for self-treatment. Probably in your case that means heat. Put electric heating pads on your infected lymph nodes and bone mets. Or, if you cannot do that, use 110 degree hot water shower on those spots.
unfortunately we had to drain the hot tub because the weight of the water plus the (literally) tons of snow that slid off the roof could cause the whole thing to self destruct. my hot tub controls died and they wanted more than the value of the tub to replace them so i made my own and I can set the temperature at anything below the boiling point of water I have a nice old 5.5 ft Victorian tub that I have not used in many years. thanks for reminding me. Need to check and see if we have enough propane, can not get a delivery.
I think the timing of the infusions is mostly designed to give you time to recover before the next one. Don't sweat the delay, just get back on track as soon as practical. Worst case, they might recommend you continue for an extra cycle or two.
