Hi dear

My father diagnosed 4.5 years ago psa 16 Gleason9

He had peostactomy and 1.5 years after radiography psa nadir

1 year later psa 4 he get abiraton astate but not effective and rise psa 12

Zityga it’s not available in my country

Dr said chemotherapy and another dr said Lu 177 we try Lu 177 but it’s not down but stable after 1 year

Now psa 19 dr said use docetaxel

My father don’t ever you chemo

Do you think chemotrapy is effective??

Is it usuful for survival rate? What is your suggestion?

Are other ADT drugs available in you country, ie, casodex, xtandi, etc? He might start with Lupron.

Yes, docetaxel slows the cancer and prevents bone pain.

I would get another Lu 177 therapy instead of docetaxel.
