This is disturbing to me, because the only known tumor I have is in my spine. I am on Orgovyx and Nubeqa.

This is also concerning to me because my only met is a spine met. With only Lupron & abiraterone, this met hasn't grown and my PSA has been <0.1 for four years. My concern was reduced somewhat as I read the whole article. With regard to their model. I'm reminded of this often-repeated truism from my pre-retirement profession: "All models are wrong, but some are useful".

This might help explain why IADT and BAT are becoming more widely used. Keep those cells guessing and less able to adapt.

I am from Australia and this is old news.

I asked my MO a professor of oncology about this after this research. He said that the reality is that it is very effective in humans. The research was not done on humans. Therefore we shouldn't be too excited.
