Recent PET scan showed tiny mets to lymph nodes and pelvis. No pain/symptoms as yet, just SEs from Lupron and Xtandi. Mostly slight fatigue, some loss of appetite, and occasional hot flashes.
Retired a little over a year ago. Since then have been traveling, biking, joined a softball league, and play a lot of pickleball. Also working out (weights) 3-4 times a week.
It has been very educational reading the various postings. Definitely gives context to where I am with PC. I also admire the "spunk" of many of you fellow travelers.

It helps uplift some of the depression here , encourages others and brightens up the natural darkness on groups like this. That we are all croakers is understood , but most of us still have enough health left to have some QOL enjoyment for ourselves and our loved ones.
