bone pain

I have stage 4 with spot on pelvic bone. My psa has gone down to .1 with hormone therapy.

My question is why would my bone hurt worse with such a low psa

Well assuming the spot is metastasis-it can be a significant source of bone pain-PSA may not directly correlate….

You need to add 2nd tier....enzolutimide.....or aplutimide......hit it with 2 barrells.....lupron only is archaic if u have any metastisis.......jmho.....bw
