barry. Yes. The robotic is the quickest recovery. But at this point with your multiple mets, I would question the invasive surgery. The “cat is already out of the bag” and you need systemic treatment. If your MO wants to reduce the cancer burden, they can use radiation to accomplish the same thing and you avoid a surgery.
The hormones combo lupron and Enzalutamide should hopefully keep the mets under control for a few years.
I had nerve sparing with Da Vinci. Easy procedure and everything worked within 3 weeks
