I had Lu 177 PSMA I&T treatment in Germany in 2016. It is a very effective treatment. There is not direct information indicating that is more effective than Lu 177 PSMA 617 (Pluvicto).
If the mets have a SUV value similar or higher than the liver (good PSMA expression) and there is not diffuse infiltration of the bone marrow, the treatment most probable will be effective.
