I am currently using 15mg of Ostarine a day. Experimented with it and found that to be appropriate dose for me. My doctor knew exactly what it was and approved of me taking it. I am BRCA2 positive and have been on Lupron/Zytiga for 6 1/2 years in November. My PSA has been low during this time but began to double. My MO was going to order more tests but when I began Ostarine PSA began to plummet and is now as low as it ever has been. It is designed to stop T production and was developed as cancer drug. MO attributes this to the Ostarine. I was also losing muscles at an alarming rate. I hired a trainer and she turned me on to Ostarine knowing of its cancer benefits and muscle growing properties. Used in conjunction with weight lifting and nutrition program I am muscular and feel great about my future

great--what was your psa before starting osterine and what did it fall to please.

Is osterine the only change and the only likely explanation for the fall? Thanks so much-Ed

I use SARMS Global. Strange process, buy from them, billed by a second co. shipped by a third co. Reliable and quality product

So much still to understand. Another post worth saving.

I am really attracted to the potential for muscle building with Ostarine but worry that something that can trigger androgen receptor signaling in any cell might trigger it in all or a subset of prostate cancer cells and promote growth.

i agree with you, better not to experiment.

I could live with my muscles comfortably.

My concern is long term osteoporosis.

I am not too different from you except for age. Did 2 Ironmans in my 50’s. Now cycle, hikes, lift weights, and play pickel ball. I am on ADT and abiraterone. I find that I can really minimize side effects with exercise although it is sad that with all this work I do not get stronger just stay the same. I did lose interest in sex and my wife does not really care that much. I would love to do a BAT program but my quality of life on these drugs is very high and I don’t want to take a risk. If it works for you I am envious. Would love something that would build muscle safety.
