Was on Lupron for years then in July PSA jumped to 10 so put on Zytiga and predinsone and doctor said PSA no longer matters. Why?

My PSA dropped to .4 but it doesn’t matter now, why?

It matters if it increases while you are taking Zytiga.

Typically for how long does Zytiga work? When it stops working is that the end?

For mHSPC, median is 3 years. Sometimes chemo can resensitize.

Yes, that is what they said on Lupron but the Dr (MD Anderson) said PSA no longer marred on Zytiga and I wasn’t given a straight answer.
