Somatic testing on TURP sample ( vs biopsy)

Is the block from TURP equivalent for doing a somatic HRR testing vs a sample from needle biopsy.

Not unless there is enough cancerous tissue in the TURP tissue.

Thank you allen. That seems logical.

Needle biopsy had 12/12 positive cores . I understand they aren't equivalent , i am unable to acquire biospy samples :/.
