Has anyone heard if there's financial aid for Pluvicto yet? I have bone mets in right hip area (Femur rod and screws implanted 2 yrs ago for interochanteric lesion) and 12 enlarged pelvic lymph nodes, mostly slightly enlarged but 2 fairly enlarged. No major organ infiltration yet. Castrate resistant now, 2015 Huntsman Cancer Institute TAK-700 ADT trial failed 2019 , Xtandi failed 2021, Docetaxel since August 2021 may be starting to fail, Confusing PET scan with Flucovamine 18, 2 weeks ago. Possible low volume spread right hip area bone, but 1 lymph node shrank from 27mm to 18mm in 3 month interval since last CT scan in April. I was diagnosed in 2015, Gleason 9, not a candidate for surgery due to bone met and lymph nodes. Age then, 54 (Born 1961) now going on 62 with still slow progression, but not liking docetaxel side effects. Want A vacation with Pluvicto before starting Cazabitaxel, hope I can qualify. PSA weird / inaccurate per oncologist, runs way low, only 16.2 right now so must do CT scans every 3 months to monitor.

Novartis Pluvicto financial aid? Company insurance so-so self insured crud. Also, do enlarged pelvic lymph nodes still qualify you for it?

Because of the Xtandi and docetaxel, you qualify if you have any distant metastases that are PSMA-avid. You have to have a PSMA-PET scan to find out.
Your bone mets qualify you (after Xtandi and Docetaxel). Pluvicto will treat the lymph nodes as well.
Well, it didnt work because Complications set in for a variety of other reasons. This is Mrs
Yeatz, as Yeatzy passed away from complications that prevented his treatment.
I remain interested in this site and get to it when I can so I hope that's alright. Good luck.
