Hi

After my father received the 2nd lutetium treatment, brain metastasis occurred, then we started cabataxel

he also has a lot of muscle and appetite loss because he has COPD, he has difficulty walking ,also he has difficulty chewing

Although his msi and brca tests are negative, can he still use keytruda or olaparib, would it be helpfull ?

What should he do to get stronger?

would glutamine supplement be helpfull?

also his white blood cells are very low and his crp is constantly high. that's why he can't take his 5th dose of cabataxel

any thoughts?

Keytruda or olaparib alone, if there are no BRCA mutations, would not be useful.

Did you try Abiraterone? I may go to a double blind clinical trial Abiraterone plus placebo or Abiraterone plus Olaparib. You should have even more options. Your oncologist should know them. I am not a doctor. I am also not sure what is the best for me.
