78 yr old male with diabetes (A1C 6.2...Blood Glucose avg 118), COPD (smoked for 40 years) and prostate cancer current psa .64 controled with Eligard for the last 5 year but now slowly increasing with an expectation of doubling when I test this month (over ,74). All that said...I am living the dream as a US Expat for the last 9 years in beautiful Prachuap Khiri Khan, Thailand.

It might be time to move on to another ADT drug, i.e. casodex, zytiga, etc.
