Labs and Image Scans 6/1/22

Result is a mixed bag. In three months my PSA rose from 0.51 to 1.10 and testosterone rose from 72 to 163. I was expecting my PSA to rise to 1.5 and testosterone around 100. Bone scan and X ray are clear. The CT scan is not. The relevant portion of the report is:

LYMPH NODES: Interval enlargement of a few retroperitoneal lymph nodes:

* Right external iliac lymph node measures 0.8 x 0.7 cm (series 4, image 251), previously 0.3 cm on 6/2/2021.

* Right common iliac lymph node measures 0.9 x 0.8 cm (series 4, image 232), previously 0.5 cm on 6/20/2021.

* Retrocaval lymph node measures 0.5 x 1.1 cm (series 4, image 175), new.

Remaining previously described FDG avid retroperitoneal and right iliac chain lymph nodes are unchanged (series 4, image 230, 233, and 294).

My conclusion is ADT break should end immediately. What do you think? Any recommendation on treatment?

I agree- new metastases are a good reason to resume ADT.
