After manufacturer copays and my insurance, I pay $10 a month for Zytiga. But when manufacturer assistance caps out I pay about $3000 a month.

Through a site that KocoPr sent me, Zytiga is $344 a month if you have a script.

Thanks. I checked goodrx a few minutes ago and was just about to post that.

I also checked Goodrx for darolutamide YIKES!!! it will cost me 11 grand every 3 months, but so far going through insurance it will be knocked down to about 3 grand. Couldn't find it on DiRX. Upon further review if my dose is 1200mg/day then take that 3 month estimate and condense it to one month, so now 3 grand a month. looks like it will be abiraterone w/prednesone for me for now.

I don't know what the medicare requirements are for darolutamide.

but this might help: nubeqa-us.com/support

Manufacturer assistance is surprisingly easy to get. I don't know what the income limits are for the Zytiga assistance but must be pretty high.

Relugolix assistance is available at orgovyx.com

Firmagon assistance is available at rxhope.com/PAP/info/PAPList...

Zytiga assistance is available at janssencarepath.com/patient...

Lupron manufacturer assistance is available through AbbVie lupronprostatecancer.com/hc...

With MO approval it is possible to self-inject Lupron mayoclinic.org/drugs-supple...

I didn't find daro on any of the discount site. Sucks that we have to make choices based on money.

But maybe it works out for the best in this case. If you are darolutamide naive going into BAT, then maybe you can use daro after (or Xtandi). Some evidence supports using Zytiga until failure, then doing BAT, then doing Xtandi. Maybe repeats can be done. RCTs are in progress to try to find the answer.

Good Rx seems cheaper than Di Rx for Abi/Zytiga by $100 less per month.

in reply toSpyder54

GoodRx is cheaper. Since the DirX site is new perhaps it will expand and cover drugs that aren't on goodrx.
