Orgovyx and estradiol?

Howdy all, been following some discussions here about using estradiol patches with ADT and I was wondering if anyone is using estradiol with Orgovyx. I've been on Orgovyx for over 7 months now and my PSA has been undetectable so far and I feel I'm tolerating it well. See my profile for my full treatment history. I'm having a bone density test in a couple months and want to do what I can to preserve bone strength and protect my heart.

I started Orgovyx last December. My MO will not prescribe estradiol patches, so I just deal with the hot flashes. Like you, I took a baseline bone density scan and EKG. My bone density and heart will be monitored on an annual basis. Other than that, I watch my weight, get as much exercise as possible, stay positive and eat a low fat low sugar, mostly plant based diet.

I have never posted but my sweet hubby started Orgovyx January of this year and he has no hot flashes, his only side effect is fatigue, but he deals with it as he has every issue in his life. He had robotic proctectomy in 2016, radiation with two 6-month ADT injections in 2020 and each time his PSA has been undetectable after each procedure. He went four years after surgery before his PSA went back up. His MO felt in 2020 that he had a 70% chance of dying from something else and not advanced prostate cancer. We shall see.... He turned 76 last October. This forum has been invaluable to me, and I appreciate each one of you so very much. I hope you continue to do well on the Orgovyx!
