Lynparza did not work

After two months of taking Lynparza my PSA has gone up another 100 points. I’m waiting for Dr. Zhang’s scheduler to call to set another appointment. Feeling alittle defeated but will only give myself a small window for this pity party. Hoping she has something new to try. Wishing everyone the strength to hang on to their hope for new trials and advice from more experienced members. I have received the best ideas and advice from this group. I thank you all!

I assume you are BRCA+? If so, and your blood work is decent, and your metastases are in your bones, you might try adding Xofigo to Lynparza.

Unfortunately I’ve had too much LU 177. My blood work is not good. No soft tissue metastases as of yet.

Lynparza didn't work for me, my blood work was the main issue. WBC, RBC and hemoglobin numbers were running very low. I have been receiving blood transfusions every other week in an attempt to get things back up. Just started Kpytruda, hopefully it will work!

I’m hoping all of my blood counts will come up since I’m off the Lynparza. Hoping Keytruda is an option. Thank you for your response.
