Hello, RP in 6/2020, currently monitoring slight increase PSA. I had a Ultrasound Scrotal w Duplex in 2/20 and 2/22 for soft lump and or fluid sac on top right testicule area! Sometimes more noticeable than others. Size of a marble and a little larger! Scan showed cluster of calcifications, lower pole of the right testicle. No significantly change from the previous Ultrasound. The problem is, I having a lot of discomfort in mostly the the right testicular area along with pressure, dull pain in the groin, lower back, penis etc. Have an appointment with my Urologist on Tuesday to find out what is going on. Could this be a Epididymal Cyst or Spermatocele blockage that wouldn’t show up on a Ultrasound? Also my next Lab for PSA Ultrasensitive, Chem Profile Panel, and Testosterone, Serum is scheduled for 5/1/22. Should I request to have these done ASAP to possibly rule out PC recurrence? Any feedback would be helpful. Thank You
