Are these dangerously low blood levels? Feeling crappy.

I'm into fifth month of Orgovyx and Xgeva and right after having fourth COVID shot ten days ago I started feeling low energy. I'm normally bursting with engergy in the mornings.

What does this blood working indicate?

The major indication is low hemoglobin, which affects your blood's oxygen carrying capacity, probably affecting your energy levels. I had this while on ADT and tried eating iron-rich foods with some success, such as liver, brown rice, and molasses.

It's a kind of anemia. It shows your red blood cells are not being produced, but that your WBC are normal. Perhaps you need erythropoietin. It requires further investigation (ferritin, iron levels, TSH, etc.). Talk to your doctor to get further tests.

You may be dehydrated.

I never thought I was dehydrated until my md asked if I was drinking 2.5k of water a day. I did a daily check and found it was less than 2.0l. For last 7 weeks I have made sure my total is above 2.5 water plus tea and coffee. In last week I have found my minor arthritis pains have disappeared. At 82 yo I think that is a blessing.

Your kidney function has declined a lot, although it was the same in 10/27/21 This could be from dehydration. Discuss with your doctor.

ADT gave me anemia. Family doctor jumped out of his chair screaming you are anemic ! He was not aware ADT did it.
