I would likely fall asleep in the middle of it!!!!

We did some gi-gong in the form of pingshuai for a month . It gave me a lot of energy . Now I’m looking for a gi -gong class in our new location .. My belief is that an form of these ancient arts can only help . It takes daily practice . I myself struggle with fatigue and lethargy . Any exercise helps break it . up . Let me know once you start it . I’ll let you know how my class goes too . Take care .. I know one thing for sure . That is ,inactivity will help us fade into the dust . Got to keep moving . Peace🌵

I have been doing Tai chi for 40 years.

I am dubious that the Qi Gong will have really address the type of fatigue you have.

Light weight lifting is probably what will work the best. Do an internet search for a local " body pump" course.
