I know there are probably many others on here more knowledgeable but for what it's worth, I wanted to share my research notes from probably about 100 hours of reading in hopes that someone now or in the near future might find them as a useful adjunct to their own research. I feel I got a really good handle on understanding the whole situation now and can communicate with Specialists on a very technical level and gain additional confidence in my treatment decision(s). Not intended to start any debates on topics just want to try to give others starting on their journey with PCa ideas of things they might want to look into themselves.
Edit: Since posting this I realize a lot of this info people are already beyond not realizing this forum was for "Advanced" only PCa. But still there's some interesting treatment information in there people with Advanced PCa might find useful if they haven't already run across it.

Not sure why you are posting on a forum for men with advanced prostate cancer. Everyone here is way beyond what you are posting. You may find more peers on this forum:
I always advocate patients to talk to a variety of surgeons and radiation oncologists before making a decision. You do not appear to have done due diligence.
The latest fads in prostatectomies are Retzius-sparing and covering the neurovascular bundles with amniotic sacs.
Here are the only data we have from a randomized clinical trial:
I just Googled HealthUnlocked Prostate Cancer and this is where I ended up. I never saw any prompt that showed any other option for Prostate Cancer, than Advanced Prostate Cancer and the word Advanced could be defined differently by different people (the forum specified no criteria). But I get your point. My apology if I caused anyone any inconvenience by mistakenly posting in the wrong forum.
As far as I could see that info does not show information about age and urinary and erectile function scores PRIOR to treatments. The outcome is completely different for a patient in their 50's with 10/10 urinary and erectile function compared to someone in their late 60's or 70's with 7/10 urinary and erectile function. Both of those naturally decline with age and the recovery from treatment will be much more difficult for the latter group.
You did Not cause any inconvenience as far as I know (but I don't know much). I wish you a life filled with happiness and joy and don't go fucking crazy about Pca. Just fight the Bastard and -
