I saw some people commenting concerning Dr Luke Nordquist was adding darolutamide to abiraterone in his practice . Does anyone know about this

I believe is outside the standard of care. Darolutamide is approved for non metastatic castration resistant prostate cancer. It cost around $ 12500 per month and is covered by insurance in nmCRPC.

There was a benefit to abiraterone+apalutamide in the ACIS trial:

Perhaps he's trying to duplicate that success with Nubeqa
