I need facts on nutrition, vitamins and supplements.

I am a 5 year survivor, currently in recurrence with a rising PSA. Doc has started me on Lupron and Enzalutamide. I’m interested in learning factual info on the effects of diet, nutrition, vitamins and supplements on PCa. I’ve read tons of theories. Where are the clinical reports? Thanks!

Guy Tennebaum at youtube.com/@CancerTherapy who was given 3 months to live back in 2018 went into a remission for 5 or 6 years with orchidectomy, fasting and supplements. He seems to have some recurrence in recent months but his last PSA test results showed a decrease instead of a decrease which is encouraging. He says that once he has two more PSA decreases in a row, he will say what he's modified in his approach. Most of his videos are in French but he has some in English and even has done a few with Dr Berg in English.

Very wise of you to ask for the clinical reports. Many believe the Internet garbage out there without adequate proof.

Many here go with a Plant -based diet and HIIT exercise. There are numerous books on the concept, including those by Jane McLelland and Dr. Jeffrey Dach.

Most men with PCa die from heart disease. PCA death risk is lowered by exercise. See this a-bit-dated study for deeper reading ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl....
