Hi Thank you for sharing this video. We watched the first one. Pretty impressive benefits of sunlight and melatonin made in the cells by exposure to sunlight.

I watched the first video. It highlighted the importance of near-infrared light daytime to produce melatonin in mitochondria (as opposed to in the blood), to reduce damaging ROS. Spend some time outdoors daytime! It´s uncertain whether infrared LED lamps can do the job. It also talked about the well known importance of early morning light to set the circadian rhythm and avoiding blue light in the evening.

Melatonin is also an anti-COVID supplement and is included in the IMASK protocol. Good stuff, been using it for years....but not at the cancer treatment dose levels that are shown in the power point.
