How true, Love that black coffee first thing in the morning!

You are correct. I have a cup of coffee first, then green tea the rest of the day.

Ha Ha!! That was funny! I have to have my coffee first thing in the morning but drink tea later in the day like my English grandmother!!

I go with Turkish tea first, then a pot of half-calf coffee to finish out the morning.

I love my Roogenic mix of teas made from Australian native plants following recipes from our indigenous aborigines who first habitated this country over 40,000 yrs ago. I drink different mixes throughout the day and finish off with the Native Sleep Tea for a sound nights sleep.

Where can one find “Native sleep Tea”?

The Company who make Roogenic Tea are located in Western Australia, their website address is roogenic.com.au. You need to check their shipping arrangements for overseas supply. They have a wide range of different health teas, currently I am mixing their detox, immune and anti-inflammation teas and drink as both hot as well as cold tea.

I am sure they will be more than happy to correspond with you.

Both the phytochemicals in coffee and those in green tea (particularly EGCG) have benefits. I have coffee first thing in the AM, then alternate the two throughout the day. Typically GT twice and coffee thrice. I also eat a few dark-chocolate-covered coffee beans now and then. Yummy.

Appreciate the levity considering the circumstances 😆

We sacrifice a lot and ‘take a lot of arrows’ in this battle. I posted this since many men must give so much up, we gotta draw the line in the sand, and I’m keeping coffee ! Stay strong brother

Lol … coffee …. Green tea …. It’s always been a question of what’s what hasn’t it. Personally, I go down to the health food store and buy a 8 ball ( quarter ounce for the L7 crowd ) of fine caffeine powder. Then I go around snorting lines of powder ( cut out with a single edge razor blade ) ,with a straw or rolled up $100 bill , at various times during the day when the last one wears off. Settles the coffee - tea war on the spot. Hint: keeping your tiny bottle of nitroglycerin and one of those new OTC pocket defibrillators … nearby / handy is a good idea as well.

Just say’in 😂😂😂❤️❤️❤️

Disclaimer: the info in my post is intended as ridiculous, off handed humor and would be purely stupid in real life. Hopefully most people would “ get it “ but for those that don’t, please always consult with your PCa medical support staff before ingesting any home supplement or chemical.

Look out for those shady characters selling the fake stuff with no caffeine. Will result in terrible withdrawal symptoms for us hard core addicts.

(massive headache, stiff neck, and inability to function).

Don't mess with my coffee! Or is it don't mess with me until I have my coffee!

Both I guess.
