My husband's PSA was 6.5 and biopsy showed PC in one section. His score is gleason is 6=7. When the doc checked his PSA the week before his radiation is to start, his PSA is 0.3. The doc said he's never seen this and will get back to him once he has researched. Does anyone have an idea what is going on or what possiblilities?

There's nothing in his profile. You're posting in an advanced PCa site, so I assume he has metastases?
If between the 6.5 and the 0.3 there has been NO treatment, like prostatectomy or ADT then it is definitely a lab error. Have a confirmatory test, preferably with another lab.
WHY RADIATION??? Have you gotten a SECOND OPINION??
Seeing that you just joined HU, it would be very helpful if you provided some BACKGROUND INFORMATION about your husband, only if you feel comfortable.
Age, diet, exercise or not, clearer diagnosis info, any other health issues that could be affecting PCa.
More information is needed. What is your husband's age, general health, etc? Has he been diagnosed with any metastatic points outside of the prostate?
Greetings..... If not a problem give us some info about your husband:
Please tell us his bio. Age? Location? When diagnosed? Treatment(s)? Treatment center(s)? Scores Psa/Gleason? Medications? Doctor's name(s)?
All info is voluntary, but it helps us help him and helps us too. When you respond, copy and paste it in his home page for his use and for other members’ reference.
