Just returned from Heidelberg for LU 177 and AC225 treatment

Last night my husband and I returned from Heidelberg, Germany after my husband received both LU 177 and AC 225 at Heidelberg University Hospital. We received an email on November 19th from Dr Kratochwil there was an opening on November 23rd for my husband to receive both therapies. If we could get over there…my husband could receive the treatment. In a little over 24 hours my husband and I were on a plane from Indianapolis, IN to Heidelberg, Germany! What a whirlwind to say the least.

If anyone on this site is considering treatment at Heidelberg University Hospital I would be very happy to share with you any information, hints or help that we can possibly provide to you. Some time ago we had a couple of very nice gentlemen give us some suggestions and it was so helpful and useful in planning and executing this overwhelming trip.

Please send to me an email and I will be happy to share some things we did that we will use in the future and others that we will not use for our next trip to Heidelberg University Hospital.

I hope the cycle will be very effective. Do you know the dose of Lu177 and Ac225 in GBq or MBq they used? It is specified in the report by Dr. Kratochwil.

I tried getting into Heidelberg but they declined me as I'm still responding to ADT. Are you still ADT sensitive?
