A Survey of Current Trials

I’m received my first dose of Lu-PSMA a week and a half ago. Clinical signs imply it’s working, and I get blood tests next Monday.

The doctor told me about 10-15 % of patients have a complete response, and about 50% see a 50% or better drop in PSA. Since my PSA had a short doubling time up to now, I want to start thinking about the next steps. I also feel driven to help find a cure.

I’m heading to MD Anderson on December 8 for a consultation with Dr Aparicio to talk about participating in a trial. I surveyed the 80 different PCa trials at MD Anderson. I’m most Interested in the ones related to the immune system.

This question will probably generate a lot of widely varying answers, but I think that’s a good thing. What current trials candidates have members participated in, and what were the results?

I would be in the Sabizabulin trial in Spokane, but alas, I had too many chemo treatments to be able to participate.
