I have stage 4 prostate cancer and went through 6 rounds of chemo. Since I found out I have been on ADT now using Orgovyx. My wife and I are trying to find a therapist we can talk to about how to deal with the changes brought on by ADT. There doesn’t seem to be many if any therapists who specialize or have experience with couples going through ADT. Does anyone know of a therapist that has experience treating couples going through ADT? I live on Cape Cod in Massachusetts and would like to find someone nearby but I can’t seem to find anyone. Thank you for your help.

ADT therapists?
Perhaps something in this list may be useful:

Cancer Support Community may have a list of family counselors nearby. Try calling them: (781) 610-1490
Main cancer centers , like Dana Farber in Boston, usually have therapists who specialized in counseling patients and their family.
I have an oncologist at Dana Farber and she referred me to their therapist but they only work with the person going through treatment but not couple which I found extremely weird.

I have a name of a couples therapist from a friend of mine, who is in my advanced prostate cancer support group, goes to with her partner. The psychologist is with Memorial Sloan Kettering in NYC but she does appointments via Zoom. Her name is Dr. Zaider and here is her link:mskcc.org/cancer-care/docto...
I think it’s great you and your wife are wanting to do this. I attend a weekly support group for caregivers and it helps tremendously. My husband was attending one too but for men only. We are both thinking of couples therapy too. We go to Moffitt Cancer Center so we will probably use one of their social workers or psychologists. I figure as many tools as I can learn to help me cope with the fact the love of my life has terminal prostate cancer will help me in the long run and will help him too. Good luck.
