I am still undetectable four years post surgery. I am still on my regimen.

Congratulations. Did you ever have advanced prostate cancer?

My pathology after surgery was gleason eight tertiary five stage T3a. Doctor told me although negative margins, lymph nodes, and SV he said there was a high likelihood of micrometastasis.

My journey is also over 4 years. Prostatectomy. Two years undectable. Then biochemical recurrence. Radiation twice, prostate bed, and spine.. Pet scan showed innumerable metastases. PSA 64. Zoladex, PSA dropped to 3. Doxetaxal. PSA 1.41. Now Zytiga. I'm, and have always been without symptoms. Also taking vitamin D and calcium plus xgeva.

So congratulations.
