Hello - I had my prostate removed in Nov. 2018. I just turned 50 a few months ago but I've yet to get an erection since my surgery. I tried Viagra and Cialis, but neither have helped. My wife and I haven't had sex since the night before my surgery, so we're coming up on 3 years which is a little distressing to say the least.
Does anyone have any suggestions on other medications (without major side effects) or hand pumps? Thanks in advance.

I used tri-mix until I had follow-up radiation to the prostate bed and that killed some more nerves. So then I had a penis pump installed. It’s far from perfect but at least I never have a flat tire and the women love it! I live in a nudist resort so my pump gets a lot of workouts! 😎
After RP and RT in 2020 I am still ED (erectile death) Thank god I have a wonderful wife and very supportive. There is a lot more to intimacy than penetration. Being close to one another and cuddling, fondling, hugging are are a big part of loving one another. Tried the pumps, Viagra gave me headaches, not into injections, surgery, implant. After all we go through that little guy is just going to be happy as he is with out being a hard guy.
