I had a camera up my nose too a couple years ago …. Like you said quite uncomfortable, but the cocaine nose spray anesthetic, she sprayed beforehand , made me quite high yayahahahaya yayahahahaya.

Yea … instead the public has heroin …. Which semi synthetic…made partially from morphine and synthesized chemicals. Heroin is a whopping 3X more powerful than morphine … and 3X more addictive too. It’s cheap on the streets and becomes horribly addictive, ruining and destroying people’s lives. It’s them chasing that top drawer experience you had yayahahahaya yayahahahaya. Probably one of the most horrendous experiences in a person’s life is trying to quit that stuff. I get a “ hefty “ bag of opiates from Kaiser each month , including super powerful Dilaudid 4s . I have to jump through hoops at Kaiser to get them tho …..several random pee tests a month and eom and beginning OM blood tests too. They keep close track of me to make sure I don’t abuse them. To get more than a few pain pills from Kaiser, you have to be in palliative care or hospice care and submit to close monitoring. You can buy marijuana legally in corner convince stores here , but I’m not allowed to go anywhere near it. Go figure ….

I worked in biomedical repair in my early work years and the ENT clinic was probably the most popular department to take a repair call. They had those little bottles of blue liquid in an atomizer, in that light stand right next to the chair. One spray in each nostril would set the afternoon. You could walk by the clinic during lunch time and duck in ( while everyone was away ) for a “touch up “ too. I used to see some of the younger docs come in mornings to start clinic and start off the day right with a quick spray in each nostril too yayahahahaya yayahahahaya
Of course that was decades ago …. Nowadays ….for aging guys , especially on ADT and the cardiac issues that loss of T brings …. You wouldn’t dream of going anywhere close to that stuff. I’d be risking heart attack or stroke city for sure . It’s not for guys like us anymore. ☹️

No not much but my knowledge is dated. You learn a lot about a “ lot “ when repairing, calibrating and standardizing labratory analyzers like HPLC ( High pressure liquid chromatographs ) and mass spectrometers. You learn a lot about a dizzying array of molecules. Yayahahahaya some seem more interesting and worth following up than others. Since my time, an entire catalogue of new molecules have been synthesized …. wild stuff I know absolutely nothing about. You can “ never “ be really sure what substance you think you have …. Often it’s not at all what you thought. I’m just old school … that world marched way past me decades ago.

Well that’s good news. I had the nose camera done last year as I thought I’d swallowed one of the prongs on a plastic fork and got it stuck in my throat. Quick deep breath and camera in through my nose and down to my throat to show all was clear.
