Hey Joe,Welcome to the long battle ahead. I have much encouraging news for you. I too was Gleason 9 and PSA 280 diagnosed in 2014.Its your 1st month on ADT. I started with Zoladex injections every 3 months and Xgeva. My PSA dropped to .02 and stayed that way for 3 years. Stopped working and PSA rose to 17. Added Xtandi and levels dropped back to .02

where they have stayed steady. Just want to let you know ,if the drugs you take work on you without major side effects you have many good years ahead . In the meantime new drugs and treatments are coming out. For me now its 7 years. Good luck and above all stay positive and enjoy family and friends.

Find to the left Joe….include working with weights daily as I do this just to maintain muscle mass as it’s not easy but that along with eating healthy foods only can help our fight. You will then become a land shark and apca will have a huge battle on its hands. Stay strong brother!
