PSA<0.006 ( no change)for 20 months on ADT after my oligomets cyberknife radiation in 2019. I stopped ADT 3 months ago to have a break...T=40 ,PSA<0.006(today)
I read many times here that all low PSAs are not reliabile!
I wonder if I need any scans at this low PSA or any other investigations. Any suggestions .
All the best!

This shows how us PCa folks are all different, my diagnosis 2 years ago: PSA 1000+, with extensive pelvic area metastasis. Then with ADT, my PSA went to <0.02 and held for 2 years.
On 02/18/21 stopped ADT with PSA <0.02, but 05/19/21 blood draw results: T=9 ng/dl and PSA 0.09.
When Hidden read my results on another post the response was: DarkEnergy your vacation is over...
I'd be thankful. Why dose your abdomen with more radiation? CT/Pet scan is about the same radiation as 600 chest x-rays. Just say a prayer and march on.
That is really excellent news and results from the nodes radiation treatment. Couldn’t be better for now to have such a low PSA off of ADT and with testosterone recovering. It can take many months, even years, for slow indolent PC types to get around to trying to divide. Only then do they finally die from the radiation damage to the DNA. Stay positive and monitor it but without undue worry at this time. 👍
I'm surprised you're getting the ultra sensitive PSA tests. I've purposely avoided them since I did ADT and IG/IMRT, and the standard test is what's called for. I'm a bit over a year since done with 18 months of ADT, and my PSA remains undetectable and T greater than 300.
