A biopsy in 2007 found a single trace of prostate cancer which disappeared with a change in diet plus supplements. I now have a prostate double normal size and a PSA of 16. Age 73.
Can anyone interpret the above for me? Could this genuinely be prostate cancer or simply related to enlarged prostate?

It means exactly what it says - high suspicion for prostate cancer. They won't know for sure until they biopsy it. They should take 4 cores from the left mid posterior zone, 2 cores from each of the other 5 zones.
BTW- it is very common (¼ of the time) for a second biopsy to come up negative after a first positive biopsy, especially with no significant PC (size or grade). That's because biopsies are random and often miss what is there, not because you got rid of it with diet and supplements. There is a test now called "Confirm DX" that does a good job of telling you if a negative is a true negative.
I don't blame you - I've had 3. The best way to do a biopsy is transperineal with a nerve block - if the urologist very slowly advances the lidocaine, it should be painless and sepsis-free. It may be challenging finding a urologist who does this.
Yes, for this third biopsy of yours, you should ask/demand the doc to put you out. No reason doc won't except they don't want to in a hospital setting.... they rather do it in their office. Insist on being knocked out....Why go through all that crap again......Tell him 3 strikes and your out.
