Hi everyone, some advice. Grandads psa level his rised up a bit from 0.04 - 0.5. Reached its lowest score after chemo/radiation, now is on a slight rise. Dr reccomeneds come back in 2 months to check it again. Is this of concern? When do you start acting fast. I’ve heard of things like psa bounce after radiation and fluctuations in psa for a year or 2 afterwards. Any advice is appreciated, thank you !!

What exactly did he have radiation to? If all the pelvic lymph nodes have already been irradiated, and he has had chemo, and he's currently on lupron, the next step would be to add Zytiga.
Pelvic region. His prostate is still there though. Can this rise be from remaining prostate cells producing psa ? He finished his radiation January, so I’m just a little concerned with the early rise. He’s finished his chemo and is on 6 monthly eligard injections.
