update on the trials comparing bipolar ADT with Lupron/Enzalutamide: It looks extremely promising. Tall_Allen: What's your perspective on this? What about treating castrate sensitive patients?

Thanks. I note that the article I linked was very recent, and was based on a much larger sample (n=195). It's also extremely positive news.

I guess you didn't actually read the article. The article I posted has all the latest updates (including what you posted, which is from the TRANSFORMER trial) and cumulative sample size that is much higher. There is reason for optimism and there is reason for pessimism.
