Is your PSA increasing? You can try switching from prednisone to dexamethasone.

Zytiga stopped working after 3 months, they switched me from prednisone to dexamethasone and started me on Chemo again. PSA has gone from 360 to 150 so good progress, my only issue is low blood counts which has made it difficult to tolerate this time around.

Found out I will get Covid19 vaccine tomorrow, they will do my Wife at same time, which is logical.

Hi there, so we're you taking Zytiga at the same time as chemo? What chemo? My Dad is on Cabazetaxel and his PSA still rising, Xtandi failed and he already had Docetaxel. He feels fairly decent but is discouraged about PSA rising rapidly.

No once the Zytiga failed they tried Docetaxel again, they're still giving me dexamethasone though.

Nice that there are multiple options available but it’s tough when you burn through them. Good luck to him.
