Okay so if you go to Germany which place is no 1 to get lu177 and what could be total cost and like we live in India so how’s it possible in current COVID situation?

It is much cheaper in India and for a Lu177 therapy, I do not think there is a difference that would make sense for you to fly to Germany.

How long does Lu177 therapy take?

I just looked it up and here's a place to go. When I lived in Thailand I was told if I needed to do anything big, go to India because it's cheaper and the Doctors over there are way smarter.

You have to remember don't equate cost vs. quality. The Rupee has always sucked so the USD can really go far.
