What's interesting to me here is that in the mRNA vaccines for SARS-COV-2, the primary mechanism is stimulating humoral immunity. Cellular immunity may be engaged too, but AFAIK this has not been determined. Here, the primary goal seems to be to engage cellular immunity.
The other issue is that the tumors here have been engineered to express surface ovalbumin; I'm not sure how this would work with tumors not so immunologically...convenient.
